This season, we did our second large-scale arena Jam Session with GEAR UP Appalachia and Promise Neighborhood while going on a collective learning journey.

As a fully formed team that had been rocking school concerts for almost three years, we decided it was time to reflect on our journey, impact and direction. During this shift, our co-founder Holley moved to Oakland, CA, making the Tour bicoastal. Janelle started her master's program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The team used Google Hangouts to share discoveries, progress and to ask critical questions like:

Is the concert model set in stone?
How can we teach others to do this work?
Where is student need the greatest?
