The Caton school
On Wednesday, January 24, 2018, we threw a huge assembly for the 5th grade class at the Caton School (P.S. 249) in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Working with a passionate parent representative and dedicated staff, we developed the focus of our large Jam Session to reinforce a unit the 5th graders were studying: résumés.
We invited a roster of six headliners to come share their career journeys behind their impressive résumés. The Résumé Relay Hall Pass was a template for each 5th grader to take their learnings, and convert them into their own résumés.
